Payment Related Issues

In case, you get charged twice while the payment is processing on the website then we are liable to provide you a full refund of the additional amount. If you are planning to cancel your custom order before our artist start working on it, there is a cancellation charge of 20% shall be imposed on the total amount decided between you and the company. Moreover, if our artist have already begun the work on the project then 25% amount is charged along with the 20% cancellation charge.
